Thank you for playing ColorSense ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. ColorSense is designed as a minimalist, standalone visual perception game. We follow the principle of data minimization and do not collect any personally identifiable information.

1. Information Collection and Storage

1. Local Storage (No Account Required)
   • ColorSense does not require user registration or account login. We do NOT collect your name, phone number, email address, or identity credentials.
   • All your game data (including high scores, unlocked achievements, hint tool counts, and audio/haptic preferences) is stored locally on your device (via UserDefaults / Local Storage). No personal gameplay data is uploaded to private servers.
2. Photo Library Permission (Optional)
   • When you explicitly choose to "Save Score Poster to Photos", the App requests permission (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription) to write the generated image to your photo album.
   • We only save the specific score image you requested. We do NOT read, scan, or access your existing photos or videos.
3. Third-Party Advertising (Rewarded Video Ads)
   • To support continuous maintenance and free hint tools, we may integrate reputable third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
   • These SDKs may collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic information (such as device model, OS version, regional/language settings, and anonymous advertising IDs) solely for ad delivery and fraud prevention. This data is handled in accordance with the third party's privacy policy.

• You can delete all data at any time by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently reset your local high score and achievement progress.
